1. Who we are

FrameScope™ is a division of All Points Technical Inc. ("All Points", "we", "us"), 266 Marlin Circle, Panama City Beach, Florida 32408, USA. This policy covers the FrameScope™ website, project portal, live chat and email forms, and orders placed through the FrameScope™ connector in Claude.ai.

2. Information we collect

Contact and account details: name, email, phone, company and role.
Project files and inputs: plans, drawings, site address or ZIP code, and scope selections you upload or enter.
Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
Chat and email messages you send us.
Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, and log data used to run and secure the service.

3. How we use it

To prepare, deliver and support your FrameScope™ packages and quotes.
To process payments and send receipts and project notices.
To answer chat and email messages.
To maintain security, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.
To improve the service, including measuring output quality.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. AI processing and technician review

Standard FrameScope™ output is created by the APAS Vision™ Engine, an automated system that uses artificial intelligence, including AI services from Anthropic. When you select Pro, a FrameScope™ technician reviews your project; technicians on our teams in the United States, Vietnam, India, Honduras and Panama may access your files for that review and for quality checks. Your project files are not used to train third-party AI models.

We share information only with providers that help us run the service, under contracts that limit their use of it: Stripe (payments), Netlify, Amazon Web Services and Supabase (hosting and storage), Anthropic (AI processing), and our live chat and email providers. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Storage and security

We use encryption in transit and at rest and role-based access to protect your data. No system is free of risk, and we cannot promise that information will never be accessed without authorization.

7. Retention

We keep account and project data while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, dispute or contractual reasons. You can ask us to delete your data at any time; some records may be kept where the law requires.

8. Cookies

The website may use cookies for basic site function and analytics. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may not work.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal information. Email info@apasvision.ai and we will respond as the law requires.

10. Children

FrameScope™ is meant for adults and is not directed to anyone under 16. Students in trade school programs should use FrameScope™ through their instructor or program.

11. International transfers

Your information may be stored or accessed outside your country, including by our teams listed above.

12. Changes to this policy

We will post updates here with a new effective date and give extra notice where the law requires.
